David is an entrepreneur and strategic advisor with deep experience working with founder-led businesses across Southeast Asia. Over the years, he has supported companies in navigating growth, refining their operations, and building more aligned leadership teams. His work focuses on helping business owners clarify their strategic direction and implement systems that enable sustainable execution.

David is a 10-year member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), a global peer network of entrepreneurs. He currently leads Satori and is the strategy practice lead, working with small to mid-sized companies, particularly those running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). His clients are often founder-led businesses looking to take their next strategic step—whether through product innovation, team development, acquisitions, or improved internal processes.

David developed the Satori Strategy Framework, which is designed to help teams move from muddled vision to clear, actionable priorities, especially in organizations that are transitioning in the Visionary-Integrator stages of the EOS cycle.

He works closely with leadership teams, often in workshop or offsite settings, helping them define their strategic options, align on trade-offs, and set up rhythms for focused execution. His approach is practical, grounded, and collaborative.

Based in the Philippines, David operates regionally, with most of his work focused on growth-stage companies in Southeast and East Asia.
