Ana Isabel Caguicla is a seasoned educator and research professional with over two decades of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and strategic academic leadership. Her expertise lies in integrating qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to develop customized training programs that meet institutional, regulatory, and learner-specific needs.
Ana’s academic career spans the University of the Philippines system, where she held roles as Assistant Professor, Graduate Program Coordinator, and Head of the Graduate Program Office in Baguio. She has mentored over 25 graduate and undergraduate theses in linguistics, education, and sociocultural research. In parallel with her academic work, Ana has contributed to national and institutional projects focused on language policy, textbook analysis, and virtual educational tools.
Currently completing her PhD in Indigenous Studies at the University of the Philippines Baguio, Ana brings deep contextual insight to her role as Program Development Manager at Satori Executive Training. She leads the design and refinement of executive training programs, aligns them with regulatory frameworks like TESDA, and collaborates with subject-matter experts to ensure quality and relevance.
