Ana Isabel D. Caguicla brings over two decades of experience in academic leadership, research, and organizational assessment, with particular expertise in culture, communication, and institutional behavior. Her work is grounded in rigorous qualitative and quantitative diagnostic methods, including assessments of culture and norms, analyses of leadership and decision-making, and standards-aligned documentation. As a former faculty member of the University of the Philippines, Ana contributed to research and development initiatives under the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Center for Integrative and Development Studies, and the Cordillera Studies Center.
Currently serving as Head of Research and Program Development at Satori and aving supervised more than 25 graduate and undergraduate theses and served as Head of the Graduate Program Office at UP, Ana brings deep expertise in qualitative interviewing, discourse analysis, and curriculum-grade program design. Her academic research on language policy, textbook analysis, and virtual educational tools strengthens her organizational assessment and program development capabilities.
