Czarina “Cza” Año-Agullana brings over 18 years of experience in outsourcing, marketing, and operations. A graduate of the EOS Integrator Masterclass, she specializes in helping entrepreneurial leadership teams run better, stronger businesses through the EOS framework.

Cza spent 11 years at StraightArrow Corporation, the Philippines’ pioneer in creative process outsourcing, rising from Digital Marketing Specialist to CEO. Along the way, she held leadership roles across Marketing, Operations, Process Engineering, Talent Management, and the Executive Team. In 2023, she led StraightArrow through its acquisition by 2X, playing a key role in due diligence and post-merger integration.

Today, Cza leads the Integrator Support Practice at Satori . She serves as a Fractional Integrator and strategic advisor to EOS-run companies, offering hands-on support in four key areas:

• Integrator Selection: Helping visionary leaders identify, assess, and onboard the right full-time Integrator.
• Integrator Transitions: Designing and managing smooth transitions between outgoing and incoming Integrators.
• Integrator Enablement: Providing customized training, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for Integrators to thrive.
• Interim Integrator Support: Stepping into the Integrator role temporarily to keep operations aligned and accountable.
