Alia is a Gallup Strengths and Kolbe Certified Coach who helps leaders and teams grow through strengths-based, collaborative development.

Alia is a Gallup Strengths Coach who is passionate about helping leaders prepare for the challenges of meeting company and personal targets simultaneously. Her strengths are predominantly in the relationship building domain: building and nurturing strong relationships. She has a gift for figuring out how different people can work together productively and wants to use this gift to help young leaders lead with their strengths. 

When she is not studying, coaching, or working on her business, she likes to help introduce young people to the beauty of marine life through scuba diving. Alia is a PADI Divemaster, successfully completing the certification course in November of 2021.

  • Strengths-Based Development for Couples and Families: Guide couples and families in identifying and developing their unique strengths for personal and collective success.  Creating a tailored strategy to the specific needs of a couple or family based on their strengths profile.
  • Team Assessment: Analyzing team health, communication, performance, and dynamics using strengths-based frameworks.  Identifying underlying team issues related to communication, performance, or dynamics, and offering solutions through strengths-based approaches.
  • Strengths Mapping: Creating team strengths grids to visualize and strategically leverage the collective strengths of a group. Helping teams align individual strengths to team goals for enhanced synergy and efficiency.
  • Strengths Workshops Design: Creating and delivering tailored training programs focused on individual and team strengths development. Facilitating activities and workshops to build trust, collaboration, and mutual understanding within a team.
  • Team Cohesion Strategies: Designing strategies to improve team cohesion and collaboration, especially in times of transition or stress. Providing constructive and strengths-based feedback that encourages growth and development.
  • Engagement and Productivity: Advising on how strengths-based interventions can improve team engagement and boost productivity.
